Studio Bluem does not receive or store full payment card details.

5. Orders & WooCommerce

The webshop is built using WooCommerce. When you place an order, information such as your name, contact details, billing and shipping address, purchased products and order details is stored as necessary to process and administer your order.

Some information must also be retained to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

6. Contact form & email

When you contact Studio Bluem through the contact form or by email, the information you provide is used to respond to your message and, where relevant, to arrange an order or commission.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a message unless it is necessary.

7. Shipping

When an order needs to be delivered, the information necessary for shipping — such as your name, address and potentially your email address or telephone number — may be shared with the postal or delivery service used for your order.

This information is only shared when necessary to deliver your order.

8. How long is your information kept?

ersonal information is not kept for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless Studio Bluem is legally required to retain it for a longer period.

Order and financial administration may therefore be retained for the period required under applicable Dutch tax and accounting laws.

Messages and enquiries that are no longer relevant may be deleted.
